Our family have sadly needed to use Traditional Funerals several times in the last few years. We have had a positive experience each time. Stephen was with me through every step of the process for my mum's recent passing and was very understanding and accommodating of our family's wishes. The service on the day was well organised and went so smoothly. Thank you for lightening my load during this difficult time.

I can't thank the whole team at Traditional funerals enough for taking care of my dear dad after his passing. Especially Amanda, Brock and Catherine. Traditional funerals were so caring and thoughtful. We also used Traditional funerals for my mother's funeral back in 2017, which is the reason why we used them again.

Amanda S is amazing and through our deepest hardest moments was like a beacon of light with her guidance,empathy and person touches . Catherine from Traditional was our first and last contact when arranging our mother’s cremation and memorial service. The process was done very professionally, with compassion and great care to detail, especially keeping us updated with the progress.
Mum would have been impressed with the service, flowers and dignity shown. Catherine was just the right person to arrange everything and did so with warmth and that wonderful smile. Thank you.

I had been caring for my dearest mum until I needed help with 24 hour agecare.I found myself isolated when mum passed and had never arranged a funeral before.Traditional funerals took mum into their care and contacted me about funeral arrangements.My funeral Director was Amanda Staveley and everything just respectfully and professionally happen.I am so grateful for having a home visit to plan mum's sendoff. I had a private viewing which I shared with mums brother and his wife Sandra and it was a very special moment as they are in NSW.Mum looked like an angel and I was able to process saying goodbye.If I could give Amanda a thousand star's I would.So,so thoughtful and professional.Its my Birthday and I thought I would be spending it alone and Amanda rang to deliver mum's ashes to me.A gift from heaven and I have Mum and Dad for one last Birthday.I thought I would loose it and through Amanda experience it was such a happy pleasant goodbye.Thankyou Traditional Funerals and Amanda for looking after me as well as mum, I will always have happy memories ❤️

Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars and not 10 or more. If you are looking for a professional, respectful, friendly, helpful funeral home to look after your loved one the way you want, look no further. Exceeded in all aspects. Steve and celebrant Rosswell were just simply outstanding. No other word to describe them. Just outstanding. We had so many comments from people saying it was one of the best services, if not the best, they had been to. Thank you guys so, so much again!
